Can non-alcoholic beer also impress in upscale gastronomy? Absolutely!
On October 13, 2026, we organized a special beer tasting together with the NIKKAI café & restaurant in Vienna.
Our goal was to show how diverse non-alcoholic craft beer can be and how wonderfully it harmonizes with sophisticated culinary art.
Seven beers, seven taste experiences
In the stylish atmosphere of the NIKKAI, we presented our guests from the gastronomy and retail sectors with seven non-alcoholic craft beers from the Slovak brewery NILIO.
Matúš Kozina, CEO of the NILIO brewery, personally guided the tasting and shared the story behind the beers.
A special highlight was the food pairing: The NIKKAI team created carefully matched dishes that perfectly complemented the various aromas of the beers. An exciting combination of non-alcoholic beer and fine dining!
