MelliGEL® - Energy Gel

Energy from natural ingredients – for sports and active moments.

MelliGEL is an organic, honey-based energy gel for active people and athletes. The foundation is organic honey, combined with select fruits, botanical ingredients, and Himalayan salt.

Depending on the flavor, MelliGEL contains various natural ingredients such as raspberries, guarana, matcha, spirulina, ginger, or cordyceps.

MelliGEL is organic, vegetarian, free from maltodextrin and GMOs, and contains no artificial flavors or colors.

Practical for on the go – for example, while running, cycling, working out, playing team sports, or during other athletic activities.

Natural energy gel with honey and Himalayan salt

The basis of MelliGEL® consists of over 90% organic honey. Honey is naturally rich in carbohydrates and contains glucose and fructose.

Depending on the variety, the recipe is supplemented with selected ingredients such as freeze-dried fruits, botanical ingredients, Cordyceps, herbal oils, or Himalayan salt.

This creates a compact, honey-based organic energy gel that is convenient to use during sports and on the go.

MelliGEL® is free from maltodextrin and GMOs and is made without artificial flavors or colors.

About Mellifera JSC

MelliGEL® is backed by Mellifera JSC, a company focused on organic honey-based foods. Since 2016, Mellifera has been working with organic honey and exporting its products to numerous markets in Europe, Asia, and the USA.

Development and production take place at its own facility in Sofia, Bulgaria. The production is BIO/Organic certified by SGS, registered with the Bulgarian Agency for Food Safety, and meets GMP and HACCP requirements. Additionally, Mellifera is registered with the U.S. FDA and certified according to IFS Food 8.

The focus is on organic production, selected raw materials, and the versatile use of honey as a base for innovative food products.

NILIO - Non-alcoholic beer

No alcohol. No limits.

Traditionally brewed. Naturally non-alcoholic.

NILIO is produced according to the traditional art of craft brewing. A specially selected yeast strain ferments only a small portion of the malt sugar, so that hardly any alcohol is produced during fermentation from the start. Subsequent dealcoholization or dilution is therefore unnecessary. This preserves the full taste, the natural aroma, and the character of a real craft beer.

Natural, vegan, and consciously brewed

NILIO places great importance on the quality of its raw materials.

All NILIO beers are brewed exclusively from natural ingredients. No synthetic substances are used in any part of the production process.
As the first brewery to do so, NILIO is also a proud holder of the global VEGAN certification with the V-Label.

This makes our beers particularly appealing to anyone who wants to enjoy them consciously – without compromising on taste or quality.

About NILIO

NILIO is the first non-alcoholic craft brewery in Slovakia – founded in 2020 in Liptovský Mikuláš. A brewery that does not see non-alcoholic beer as a substitute, but as a genuine craft. With full flavor. With natural ingredients. With character.

The goal was clear from the beginning: to create a non-alcoholic beer that makes no compromises in terms of taste and retains the full character of modern craft beers.

The slogan sums it up: NILIO is non-alcoholic, but tastes like real beer.
